This website is operated by our store. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to our store. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”, “Terms”).
SECTION 1 - PRE-ORDER & CANCELLATION TERMS
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in our current inventory.
- Payment & No Cancellations: Full payment is collected at checkout to immediately secure your item with our brand partners. Once payment is complete, cancellations, modifications, or refunds are strictly not possible. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
- Combined Orders: We are unable to split orders or ship items separately. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your in-stock items will be securely processed and set aside at our studio. Your entire order will ship together once your pre-order items arrive.
SECTION 2 - DAMAGED GOODS & RETURN WINDOW
We take pride in our products, but if an item arrives damaged, we will make it right.
- 7-Day Inspection Window: Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us at our support email within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or return solution.
- Requirements: You must include your order number and clear photographic proof of the damage.
- Exclusions: Items reported after the 7-day delivery window are outside our policy coverage and will not be eligible for review, replacement, or refund.
SECTION 3 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
