Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy

What is a Pre-Order?
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in our current inventory.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • No Cancellations: Because full payment is collected at checkout, your order is processed immediately to secure your item with our brand partners. Once payment is complete, cancellations, modifications, or refunds are not possible.

  • Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Combined Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)
  • Single Shipment: We are unable to split orders or ship items separately.

  • Item Allocation: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your in-stock items will be securely processed and set aside. Your entire order will ship together once your pre-order items arrive at our studio.

  • Recommendation: If you need your in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders: one for the in-stock items and one for the pre-order items.
