Refund policy
All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except under the following conditions:
- The item arrived broken or damaged
- A wrong item was delivered
- A return request is sent to us within 7 days of receiving the order
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To initiate a return, please send an email with the subject line "Return Request- #E[Order No.]" to helloteamenjoy@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product. We will assess the request and if your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once 7 days have passed from the date of receipt, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns for any reason after this period.
